Problem: when working together with the CTS’s development team, we realized we
could speed up the work of interpreters by giving them a tool they could use on different
mobile devices. This, in turn, was a requirement of the State of Washington.
Solution: We developed a strategy to convert the applications available
through the Web into a format that enables them to be accessed on different mobile devices.
The strategy was submitted to the CTO, who immediately accepted it.
Its second phase is currently in the testing stage. The developed application is
cross-platform and is being tested on Android, Blackberry, Iphone y Simbian.
