Problem: We were contacted by Proximitas’ technician in charge due to the low open rate of the e-mails they were sending.

Solution: After analyzing the infrastructure and all the information that we were given, we suggested a change: the installation of a SMPT QMail server. We carried out all the server installation and configuration. As a result, after the implementation of this new server, open rate increased from 2% to 23%. Overall, we could say this led to a reduction in STPM server maintenance hours.
